Membership Terms & Commercial Use License

By joining any Grace and Tattered Lace membership, you agree to the terms below.

Memberships Covered

These terms apply to:

• The Tattered Vault
• Tattered Treasures Collective
• Tattered Christmas Collective

Monthly Membership

Your membership is a recurring monthly subscription and will continue until canceled.

If a payment is unsuccessful, membership access may be removed immediately. There is no grace period for failed or unpaid membership payments.

If you cancel your membership, access associated with that membership will end.

Commercial Use License

While your membership is active, you receive a small-business commercial-use license for the membership files available to you.

While actively subscribed, you may:

• Create and sell finished physical products using the designs.
• Cut and sell physical wood blanks made from the designs.
• Create and sell DIY kits using the designs.
• Use the designs for paint parties, classes, workshops, craft nights, and similar in-person crafting events.
• Resize the files as needed for your own physical projects.
• Use the designs on multiple physical products for your small business.

Digital Files May Not Be Resold or Shared

You may not:

• Sell, share, trade, give away, or redistribute the SVG or PDF files.
• Upload membership files to Facebook groups, file-sharing sites, digital libraries, design marketplaces, or similar platforms.
• Resell the designs as SVGs, PDFs, laser-ready files, digital downloads, or in any other digital format.
• Claim the designs as your own original artwork.
• Break apart, extract, separate, or alter portions of a design and sell or distribute those portions as digital files.
• Take an individual element from a design and claim, market, or sell it as your own artwork or design.

If Your Membership Ends

You may keep membership files you legitimately downloaded while your membership was active for personal use.

However, your commercial-use license for those membership files ends when your membership ends.

To continue selling products made from membership files, you must have an active Grace and Tattered Lace membership that includes commercial-use rights.

The Tattered Vault

The Tattered Vault is the only membership that includes access to the growing organized Vault library.

Your access to the Vault library is available only while your Tattered Vault membership is active. If your Vault membership ends, access to the library ends.

Tattered Treasures Collective & Tattered Christmas Collective

Files in the two Collective memberships are monthly drops and are not maintained in a growing library.

Members are responsible for downloading and safely saving their files while those files are available.

Membership Access

Membership access is for the purchasing member only and may not be shared with another person or business.

Agreement

By completing your membership purchase, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Membership Terms & Commercial Use License.
