Terms of use: Intellectual property and Copyright protection.
 All photos and videos are my sole content  Protected by copyright act of 1976. Do not download, screenshot, alter, use, distribute in any way without sole permission! 

Photos I have taken are my digital and physical property! This includes photos and video posted to my website, socials, Pinterest, in text and emails.

I would like to add to this policy that it does not matter what I am photographing the digital and physical photo is my property. Finding and using photos on the internet is not permission granted to use photos, or videos. This includes screenshots! 

A watermark is not sufficient permission nor is credit to my website or my socials explicit permission, permission must be granted for all use  including images sourced from google and other search engines, as well as my social media pages and accounts. 

This copyright also includes using the app regram or 3rd party software that reposts my content sourced from my social accounts! You do not have permission to repost however you may direct link reshare my content  if you are unsure how to do that email us. 

Photos from other bloggers, photographers and artists are also copyright protected by them and any photos that are not mine and feature on my website, blog, shop, social media sites are used with their permission! You do not have the right of use of their content from my website. 

Any unauthorized use of my content including my photos and video will be resolved lawfully through any legal means necessary.
